SIGNIFICANCE OF THIRTHAVIDHI

DHARMAPURI it is one of the piligrim of Nava Narasimha Kshetras. It is also called as Hari Hara Kshetram. Thrimurthulu of Bramha, Vishnu (Narasimha) and Maheshwara are there, along with the trimurthulu there was also Yamadharmaraju. So dharmapuri also called as Yamapuri. All the Gods are there here. Dharmapuri was also called as Dhakshina Kashi. The river in dharmapuri flows from North to South, there is no other place which river flows from North to South. It is also called as Dhakshina Ganga. On the banks of river there are many pujas will be performed. It is believed that if the dead are given embryos here, they will attain salvation. In river Navagrahas also there and the shanthi pujas are performed here.
